Great app for OUTSTANDING product. I can't say enough positive about viewclix! It gave us precious moments with mom before she passed away. It gave us peace of mind to "drop-in" and see how our parents were doing, and it gave us great joy to share pictures. The ONLY reason the app doesn't get a 5 star rating is that admin controls aren't available through the app. Get a ViewClix! It is easier than Facebook, and better than the tiny alexa show options. Love love love!

It's great that I can see my Mom in her room, however the sound is very frustrating and I get lots of feedback sound. I have to say each word separately like: "Hi [pause] Mom. [pause] How [pause] are [pause] you [pause] today?" And she still can't hear all the words. It's extremely agitating for the both of us (she is trying so hard to hear me, to no avail) and the last thing anyone wants is their loved one getting agitated. This needs improving.

My Grandma loves her frame and seeing the pics we send but the app is dreadful and needs to be updated! Please!

Not a good experience my mother is 87 years old and lives with my younger sister, well my mom can't hold up a phone in her hands too long and View click seemed like a good idea ,but every time the calls drop 5-6 times, the picture screen is black, it steesses us both out to no end

It was super easy to install. It took a few uses to get to know all the features. It gives mom a better picture if we rotate our phone horizontally because her viewclix monitor is horizontal. We have shown her waterfalls & wildlife on vacation & taken her on boat rides through the video calls so she can experience the ocean, It gives her something to think about & talk about. We like being able to post pictures & even put captions on. All my siblings & even mom's sisters have downloaded the app to their phone or tablets & use it often.

I use this app to check on my mother in the nursing home. Right now the home has Covid positive residents, so I am locked out. I can use the app to see right into my mother's room and see for myself how she is doing. I don't need to wait for a nurse to tell me how well she is doing today, I can see for myself. I think the staff likes it, too. ViewCLix helps so they don't have to give me reports on Mom's condition as often. Like all nursing homes today, they are under-staffed and over-worked. Love this product.

I wish you could see the photos you've sent. Otherwise the app is very easy and intuitive.

For the most part, the app has worked great on my Galaxy S21. The audio and screen is always good. Occasionally when entering a reminder, selecting the time can be an issue but haven't had a problem lately. The calls always work great. The ViewClix has been wonderful.

This worked once upon a time. Currently my grandpa can't see or hear me when I call him. This is ridiculous! During COVID-19 my only way of seeing my grandpa is with this app. Please fix this!

Poorly designed app on both iPhone and Android platforms. On my Pixel3a the portrait mode does not work during videos calls. The frame just sees a distorted green screen. The video on the frame isn't (and can never be) full screen. The app itself is buggy and doesn't always connect the first time (both iPhone and Android).
